Our products include digital downloads such as PDF breathing guides and practice workbooks. Because these are delivered electronically, returns are handled differently from physical goods.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The digital file was not successfully delivered to your email address.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened in standard PDF readers.
• You were charged in error for a product you did not order.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• The product was successfully downloaded or accessed.
• You changed your mind after receiving and opening the digital file.
• The product content does not meet personal expectations, as descriptions are provided before purchase.

5. How to Request a Return

6. Refund Processing

7. Platform Access

Free platform features such as the Practice Lab and Progress Journal do not require purchase and are not subject to this Return Policy.
